Our wedding package includes all the amenities and venue space that The Packing House has to offer. It’s all yours for the full day: the buildings, grounds, and the lakefront ceremony site, plus all of our extras!

Our wedding package includes the following for up to 100 guests. *Additional guests are $15 per person up to 150 guests (maximum).

• Private Lakeside Ceremony Site with Farmhouse Style Benches

• Choice of 2 wedding ceremony arches

• 2400 sq ft. Interior Climate Controlled Venue Space (Interior Seating Capacity: 120, Interior/Exterior Seating Capacity: 150)

• Spacious, Covered Front & Back patios with market lights

• 10 Farmhouse Tables, 1 sweetheart table and 102 Modern Metal Chairs

• Cocktail Tables & Stools (10 total)

• Black picnic tables (6 total)

• Mobile Farmhouse Bar Carts (6 total) & The “Farmacy”

• Table Runners, greenery, candle holders, chargers and other decor items for 10 tables.

• Audio System

• Catering area with refrigeration

• Use of property for Engagement Photos & Rehearsal

• Men & Women’s Climate Controlled Restrooms

• On-site Luxury Bridal Suite & Groom Suite

All events are required to purchase day of event insurance. All wedding packages are subject to Florida state tax.
